Springtime Rain and Shine!

Despite having to call the Relay at midnight this year due to oncoming storms, the event was a huge success. The MOMS Club team raised more money then they ever have between their bake sale, garage sale, snow cone sales, and "naughty corner". With the Reality TV Relay theme this year, the team chose to be Super Mommies after the hit show "Super Nanny!" The campsite was decked out with diapers, bottles, potties, toys, and a kid gate/cage that served as the naughty corner. For $5, you could put someone in the naughty corner, and only $5 or more could get them out. It was quite a hit. The team slogan was "Super Mommies: Saving Coppell One Family at a Time", and it was a big hit. Today, Mom and I decided to relax among the flowers and took a trip with some friends to the Dallas Arboretum. We had lots of fun as always roaming the gardens and picnicking on the beautiful lawns.
